A strongly articulated brick façade presents to Carlisle Street, inspired by, and crafted of the brick palette common throughout the Local precincts leading to St Kilda Botannical gardens. Detailing and metalwork are predominantly in black steel with accents of metallic bronze and tinted glass panels. The steel and brick volumes create a contemporary expression which has a St Kilda resilience externally, accented by a contemporary landscape design overlaid into terraces, courtyards and the central garden court.
